After the expert's argument, it was finally approved by government departments such as market supervision, fire protection, environmental protection, gas, etc. The kitchen area totals nearly 10,000 square meters, which can satisfy 10,000-12,000 people dining at the same time, and the electricity consumption is about 4000Kw. The contract was signed in October 2015. The main kitchen areas and equipment are: Chinese-style hot kitchen area (Chinese cooking stove, clay pot stove, short stove, gas soup pot, three-door steam cabinet, smoke exhaust system, Tahor heating cabinet, etc.) ); Matching area (workbench cabinets, flat refrigerators, four-door refrigerator-freezers, double-star basin counters, shelves, etc.); washing area (long-type dishwasher, L-shaped dirty dish counter, dish cleaning table, high Body storage cabinet, recycling dining car, etc.); pastry room and cake room (bread oven, fermentation tank, mixer, noodle stove, noodle machine, noodle machine, dessert steamer, steaming rice box, etc.); Western-style hot kitchen area (Frying furnace, griddle, four-burner stove, noodle stove, all-purpose steamer, gas and electric frying pan, soup pot, etc.); cold room, fruit room, sashimi room, decorating room, secondary dressing room, cold storage, Main food warehouse, non-staple food warehouse, seasoning warehouse and other areas.
Our kitchen equipment provides simultaneous dining security for more than 10,000 people for a single meal. The most difficult thing is that the number of people is short and the meal is concentrated. Among them, there are 5,000 reporters in the media catering center area.
In October 2015, we arranged for inquiries, negotiations, and delivery cycles for outsourcing parts from various suppliers. At the same time, we arranged production orders, and the factory product smoke exhaust equipment was first measured, manufactured, and installed. Due to lagging construction on site and decoration construction, the smoke exhaust equipment was basically completed from December 2015 to January 2016. At the same time, the operator determined the goal of complete completion of the equipment on April 30, 2016.
The delivery started from the end of March 2016 to the end of April, and the installation was basically completed. The installation was completed in May, and the preparation for commissioning was carried out. The commissioning was basically completed by the end of May. From June to August 2016, Beichen Management Co., Ltd. began trial operation and several drills before the summit and other support activities.
Around August 15th, due to the insufficient number of universal steamer carts and the urgent import time in the later period, the main venue operator temporarily decided that the cart will be customized and produced by our company. The technical characteristics of the cart are:
1. 10mm thick stainless steel cutting and processing industry is rare.
2. The accuracy and quality of the sealing surface determine the "leakage" problem of this equipment with more than 40 kilowatts of electricity
3. If the deviation of the guide bearing of the cart exceeds 2mm, it cannot be matched with the steamer.
With the efforts of the R&D department, technical workers have to use laser cutting machines and robot welding equipment to meet the high precision of the products. From proofing to real production and delivery, we only took less than 15 days.
From September 1st to 6th, 2016, at the summit’s escort service, at the request of the operator, we formulated an escort plan for more than 20 people to participate, and made comprehensive arrangements for personnel, accessories, and vehicles.
